2011 AWBT Tournament Schedule
 
*Sign-ups close at 11:30am and play starts at 12:00pm. Please call ahead if you are going to be late!
*Side pots available at all events. 2nd Chance Tournaments available at Bull Shooters and Pockets events only.
 
April 16-17 – Bull Shooters, Phoenix (9-ball on 9’ tables) $400 added
Race to 7 - DE - Entry Fee: $25
AWBT Yearly Membership fee: $40 payable at this event only! or…$10 Admin Fee
 
June 11-12 – Kitty’s, Phoenix (9-ball on 7’ tables) $400 added                                                     
Race to 7 - DE - Entry Fee: $20 + $10 Admin Fee (if non-AWBT member)
 
August 6-7 – Pockets, Tucson (9-ball on 9’ tables) $400 added
Race to 7 - DE - Entry Fee: $25 + $10 Admin Fee (if non-AWBT member)

September 10-11 – Bull Shooters, Phoenix (9-ball on 9’ tables) $400 added  
Race to 7 - DE - Entry Fee: $25 + $10 Admin Fee (if non-AWBT member)

October 8-9 – Stingers Sports Bar, Phoenix (8-ball on 7’ Diamond tables) $400 added
Race to be determined - DE - Entry Fee: $20 + $10 Admin Fee (if non-AWBT member)

November 19-20 – Bull Shooters, Phoenix (9-ball on 9’ tables) $400 added  
Race to 7 - DE - Entry Fee: $25 + $10 Admin Fee (if non-AWBT member)

2011 AWBT Annual Membership Dues are good thru December, 2011
As voted upon by the membership at the March 5th meeting, the dues are as follows:
There will be two options for you to chose:
1. Pay $40.00, in advance, at the 1st event of the 2011 season - April 16 only!
             If you can not attend the April event, you can pay the $40 by mail, to the AWBT prior to
             the April 16 event. You will receive AWBT points (2 for Saturday & 1 for Sunday) for
             every event you play in. or...
2. Pay $10.00 admin fee at every event you play in, plus the entry fee.
                        $10 fee is allocated to the player points fund.
                        You will receive AWBT points for every event you play in.
Play in 4 or more events above and earn money back from the points fund at the end of the year just for participating! Attend all events, both days, and receive 10 bonus points!
 
2011 WPBA Membership Dues: $25.00, optional and are good thru December, 2011
Only women interested in becoming a pro and earning a seat into the Regional Tour Championships need to pay this! WPBA Points accrued at the 9’ table events only.

Tips From Billiard Digest

These tips are written by Tony Robles from Billiards Digest. He is a longtime teaching pro at Amsterdam Billiard Club in New York City, Tony has dozens of regional and national titles to his name, including the 2004 BCA Open 9-Ball Championships.
